Tıbbi Onkoloji Çalışanlarında Tükenmişlik: Ulusal Gerçeklerle Yüzleşmek

Objectives: This study aimed to reveal the prevalence of burnout syndrome among physicians, nurses and biologists working in oncology clinics Turkey. Sociodemographic factors affecting were revealed . The adequacy institutional measures was questioned their participation solution proposals examined. 
 Material Methods: cross-sectionally designed reach all actively medical staff 323 them agreed participate study. Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) used measure status participants. Clinical reduction solutions also questioned. prevention questions prepared. Statistical significance considered, statistical tests two-sided (p < 0.05).
 Results: Of participants, 38% oncologists, 58% 4% biologists. median age 37±9. According MBI subscales, mean±SD levels are 19.7±7.8 (high) for EE, 6±4.3 (moderate) DP 20.9±5.1 PA. Respondents under 41 has higher risk. participants who having a hobby, good sleep pattern, making regular exercises significantly lower scores.
 Conclusion: detected more than half workers. Personal such as young age, family type, sleep, exercise hobby affect burnout. preventive interventions required health workers
